I have been practicing and teaching hatha yoga since 1978.  Yoga is a way of life for me--a practice I use to stay healthy, aware, and balanced.  I share yoga as a physical and spiritual discipline, and enjoy helping members' develop an awareness of their bodies, mind and spirit.
