Come play in the sunshine on the beach at White Pond! We will warm up with basic postures for the beginning yogis and add a few more invigorating postures for the more experienced practitioners. We will use a series of poses in sequence to create a lovely flow class. All are welcome and can ramp up or modify as needed. Please bring a towel to place under your mat to protect it from the sand. Blocks will be available.
