Join us for our 1st Annual Friends and Family Dip N Dash! Enjoy a swim and run event, hosted by the Beede Swim and Fitness Center. Sunday, May 15th, 2022 Location: Beede Center, 498 Walden St, Concord, MA ANTICIPATED START TIMES (Subject to change based on registration numbers): Ages 6 and under: 8 AM Start Distances: 25 yard swim, 1/4 mile run Ages 7&8: 8 AM Start Distances: 50 yard swim, 1/4 mile run Ages 9&10: 8:30 AM Start Distances: 100 yard swim, 1/2 mile run Ages 11-17: 9:00 AM Start Distances: 200 yard swim, 1 mile run Ages 18+: 9:30 AM Start Distances: 400 yard swim, 2 mile run **Participants required to pass swim test in order to participate. Families and adults encouraged to participate! $30/ Registrant
