This class is a noncompetitive, health-enhancing exercise easily tailored to a wide variety of physical needs, abilities, and/or limitations. Classes include guided stretching, deep breathing, and relaxation techniques. Practicing yoga can help relieve stress and improve posture, flexibility, and overall fitness while you become more in touch with your body.
